The Blues Foundation is the home of the Blues Hall of Fame. It is a foundation dedicated to the preservation of Blues heritage. Their website is a great resource to learn more about the blues as well as find local blues events in your area. They also have a great shop section with blues related merchandise,
The Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. is a great resource for all types of music. They host big blues events and their website offers wonderful information on a lot of different aspects of different types of performing arts including the blues.
The Blues section on PBS has access to blues related programs that have been produced in the past as well as blues teaching and learning tools.
If you find yourself in Mississippi, you must visit the Delta Blues Museum. Their site also has some great information specifically geared toward the Delta Blues.
